We provide a warranty for any issues that arise from our services
We offer a 1-2 years warranty on our laser systems and 18 months for lasers from other manufacturers. During the warranty period, we provide repair and replacement of defective parts at no additional cost.
Our warranty service includes:
- Free diagnostic inspections to identify faults.
- Replacement of faulty components with genuine parts.
- Adjustment and re-calibration of systems to factory specifications.
- Support from our team of trained engineers to resolve technical issues promptly.
However, the warranty does not cover issues caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or improper usage (Based on Terms & Conditions of each products).
